LisaLisa Dyer
Registered Dental Hygienist

"Lisa's genuine concern for each patient and their needs truly shows. She is one of the most thoughtful and conscientious people I've ever known."
– Dr. Rajaski

I graduated from West Virginia University with my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I've been a practicing hygienist for almost 15 years-- half of that time right here in Frederick. I take a lot of pride in staying current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene, and I enjoy finding new ways to help our patients with their own care. It is a great compliment to me when our patients tell me that I am easy to talk to, and that they think I'm thorough but very gentle.

I especially enjoy working with children. I'm active in promoting Children's Dental Health Month each February, when we visit various schools in our free time to educate children on the importance of good dental health.

My husband and I live in Sharpsburg with our two young children, where I coach my daughter's cheerleading squad. (I'm a former cheerleader—Go WVU!) and enjoy scrapbooking.

PatriciaPatricia Wratchford
Dental Assistant

"Pat is a wonderful assistant and person. She is always easy to work with, and is an important part of our team. She has worked with some of our patients for years, and has developed genuine friendships with many of them."
-Dr. Rajaski

I started in dentistry in the late 1960s, and I've never looked back! I enjoy working with Drs. Little and Rajaski here at LifeSmiles, and I particularly enjoy assisting them with bridge and crown work. These types of dental procedures allow me the most one-on-one time with our patients, and that's what builds trust and credibility—plus, it's fun! I love seeing the effect our finished products have on a patient's mood, attitude and self confidence. Nothing compares to that.

Beyond dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family—my two grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoy spending time in our pool. I'm a devoted American Idol fan who enjoys singing in the church choir and helping out with various church activities. Every spring, I am honored to take part in the annual Relay for Life to help raise money for breast cancer research and local outreach programs.

ChristinaChristina Barmoy
Registered Dental Hygienist

"You will truly enjoy your experience working with Chris. She is a fantastic hygienist who gives you a personalized attention that you will appreciate."
- Dr. Rajaski

I find one of the most rewarding parts of my profession is my interaction with patients. Often I am learning new things from them and find that it is one of the things that make me love being a hygienist so much.

Being very dedicated to my patients as well as the continued advancement of my dental education is extremely important to me. I have been in dentistry for my entire career and have always been involved with my local hygiene societies. My philosophy is to provide the highest quality of care for all ages while considering the patient's needs. I graduated from Allegheny College of Maryland with my hygiene degree over 30 years ago. I spent the first 21 years of my career at the Hyndman Area Health Center before transitioning into private practice.

I am married and have two sons. Spending time with my family and friends cooking, traveling and especially going to the beach are among my favorite things to do.

DebbieDebbie Mancinelli
Patient Coordinator

"You can count on Debbie to be honest and helpful answering all of your questions. She's knowledgeable and gives each patient careful attention to meet their needs. I'm truly happy to have Debbie as part of our team!"
- Dr. Little

I graduated from Florida College of dental careers in 1987, as a certified dental assistant. After seven years of chair side assisting, I moved to the front desk in order to learn all aspects of a dental office. I enjoy making every patient feel welcomed and comfortable when entering our office. If you have any questions regarding your treatment, financial or insurance policies do not hesitate to ask. I am so proud to be part of such a high quality dental practice and team. Dr. Little and Dr. Rajaski truly care for their patients' long term dental health.

In August 2003, my family moved to Frederick, MD from Fort Lauderdale, FL, due to my husband's job. I have been married to my husband Paul since 1994 and we have two beautiful daughters. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, and visiting my old Florida beaches!

MonicaMonica Duncan
Office Coordinator

"Working with Monica is truly a joy. She's upbeat, hard-working and sincerely cares about people. She's easy to talk to and knows how to make someone comfortable even when it comes to dental visits!"
- Dr. Little

I enjoy building relationships with our patients at Life-Smiles and take pride in the service I provide. I do my best to make sure each and every patient and their family is acknowledged with a personal touch and is made to feel comfortable during their visit.

Before joining Life-Smiles, I worked in the medical field for 7 years and found that I have a passion for exploring more of it.

My husband Mike and I have five children. We place priority in raising them and we enjoy watching them play sports and dance. I am very involved with my church and devote a significant portion of my time to our children's PTSA and their sporting activities. I find that life is most rewarding when serving others. I also enjoy running and raising money for cancer research. I look forward to seeing you in the office.
